The Course is taught through the Zoom platform, in an online mode and, or almost online, with the option of my essential pr in Barcelona, ​​Spain. Additionally, the website offers free material that can be accessed through a contact form, or through a registration, where the user provides their contact information, such as name, email, and telephone number.

4.Conditions of use of the Website

5.Intellectual Property

-**Copyright of the Course:**The Owner, Ander B, is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights over the content of the Course, including, but not limited to, videos, audios, texts, images, prompts, methodologies and any other teaching materials.

-**Permitted Use of the Course Materials:**Students will be able to access and view the Course materials solely for their personal and educational use during the course and subsequently through the recordings of the classes. The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, and any other form of exploitation of the Course materials is expressly prohibited without the express written authorization of the Owner. Students will be able to download written material shared in the course, such as notes generated with AI, but they are not allowed to share said material with third parties, nor use it for purposes other than their own training.

-**Copyright of music Created by Students:**Students will hold ownership of the Copyright over the original musical compositions created during the Course.

-**Commercial Use of Music Created by Students:**Students may use the music created during the course for non-commercial purposes. For any commercial use, you must obtain explicit authorization from Ander B/creativomusic.com.

6.Privacy and Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data of Users is governed by the Privacy Policy of creative music.com, available at https://mpcestudio.pro/privacidad/. The Owner complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. The data collected (name, email, telephone) is used for the management of the Course, the sending of communications related to it and, with the express consent of the User, for the sending of promotional information about future courses or services of creativemusic.com. The data will not be shared with third parties, except legal obligation.

7.Payment Terms and Subscription Information

-**Price:**The total price of the Course is 280‚¬.

-**Place Reservation:**To reserve a place in the Course, the student must pay a deposit of 50‚¬ as the amount of the total payment.

-**Full Payment:**Full payment for the course (280‚¬, discounting the reservation) must be made before the course start date.

-Payment Methods:Payments can be made throughBizum, Pay Palo Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit/debit cards). For other payment options, Users must consult directly with the Owner through the contact channels provided on the Website.

-**Subscriptions:**Currently, the Course is offered in the id add and single payment modal. Should a subscription system be implemented in the future, the specific conditions will be detailed in this section.

-**Discounts:**Occasionally, discounts may not be offered to certain groups, such as students, which will be announced on the website through the company’s communication channels.

8.Return and Refund Policy

-**Cancellations by the student:**If the cancellation of a session is made less than 24 hours in advance, it will be considered as completed and will not be refunded.

-**Refunds:**Revolutions of the course amount are not contemplated once the course has started, except in cases of force majeure that are duly justified or in the event of substantial non-compliance with commitments by the Holder.

-**Satisfaction guarantee:**A satisfaction guarantee is not considered as such, since the learning and the results obtained depend largely on the effort and dedication of the student.

9.Limitation of Liability

The Owner is not responsible for:

-Technical or internet connection problems on the part of the student that prevent correct follow-up of classes.

-Unsatisfactory results obtained by the student due to lack of practice, dedication or understanding of the Course contents.

-Interruptions of the Zoomodela Web service due to causes beyond the control of the Owner, such as scheduled maintenance or server crashes.

-the improper or illegal use that students may make of the music created during the course, once commercial use permission has been granted.

10.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, ​​Spain.
